OUR CO-PASTOR

Barbara Holmes is the Co-Pastor of The New Family of Christ Ministries which was established by her husband Senior Pastor, Bill R. Holmes.  She has served her local church in various leadership capacities including Worship Leader and over the Women’s Ministries.

Co-Pastor Barbara has studied and obtained several degrees to include: Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education and Religious Studies at Beulah heights University in Atlanta, Georgia.  Her professional and educational awards and honors include: Standard Teacher Diploma of The Evangelical Training Association (2012), Who’s Who Among University and College Students (2009) and she has served her alma mater, Beulah Heights (Atlanta, GA).

Co-Pastor Barbara is skillful, prolific, insightful and balanced in the teaching of God's word and mightily used in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Her ministry is characterized by compassion, sincerity, truth and integrity. She is an anointed teacher, evangelist, prophetess and prayer warrior who prays with sniper precision and is known to "paga" with definitive results of healing and deliverance.

Conclusively, Barbara Holmes has been married for 39 years to the Pastor of Bill R. Holmes¸and the proud parents of two children, Billy Holmes II and Brandalynn Kennedy and four beautiful granddaughters and one grandson.  She enjoy the benefits of a Godly and wholesome marriage and family.
